We had Hilton dollars to spend from our timeshare meeting. We chose Aspen Grille and we were not disappointed. The atmosphere was very nice, the waiter was very knowledgeable. The short ribs are delicious!

My husband I had dinner here with another couple. This was our first visit here but it won't be our last. Both the food and service were outstanding.

This was a real treat. This is a step up from the typical vacation restaurant. A very upscale atmosphere that makes you want to dress up a bit without overdressing. Food was great and we will definitely be back for special occasions.

Based upon the menu and the ambience I would not take my kids as I think they would have been bored, but there were children there when we dined

We had a glass of chardonnay that was so good, we bought the bottle...the server discounted what we had already paid from the price of the whole bottle.
