Brought back memories of our Italian food! Superb! The best cannoli in a long time. Made truly with the right amount of ricotta. Not too sweet! Perfect! Def go back again and... More

The atmosphere is warm and friendly. The appetizers are scrumptious and I can't wait to try the Veal and I know it will be delicious!

The food is very good and comes in large portions. Decor is of Roman culture. Waitstaff can be very rude and stuffy depending on who you get. The accordionist is a pompous jerk. I thought it's was very classless to hear him tell a table of two women they should see how big his "organ" is. This behavior doesn't fit... More

Villa Romana is the only Italian restaurant that serves spaghetti sauce that I will eat. It is by far the best restaurant in Myrtle Beach! The service is great and every dish is served to perfection. The owners, Rinaldo and Fran are wonderful. Rinaldo's recipes are from his Mama, which are all the original Italian recipes. The homemade rolls with... More

Though not as good as CAIO or SOLE, it's more family atmosphere, reasonable prices, and the accordian player make it a good midlevel place to go. If you can get the 5 course meal for 2 people @$34 its a really good deal. The San Marzano signature dish was excellent. Good varied menu. The house wines were so so and... More

Authentic Italian cuisine. Delicious food. Great service. I had the Shrimp d'oro it was to die for. My husband had veal scaloppini it was wonderful too. The atmosphere felt like we were in Italy with the wandering accordion player adding to the experience.

Food is fast and excellent. The bruschetta, soup, and salad are all included with your choice of many extraordinary meals. A must visit while I'm Myrtle Beach.

My son and I had dinner here while in town for the marathon. Excellent service, ambiance, and the most authentic Italian food I've had outside of Italy. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. The decor had the feel of old Europe and there was even an accordion player to greet you at the door. The chef and/or hostess greeted... More

Some things never change. This is the best Italian in Myrtle Beach. Nice family atmosphere, and everything from simple parmesan to great specials, or anything you want, they can make it. Your meal comes with family style small appetizer, and soup. The wine list is full of many great Italian wines available also. Whether you want simple veal parm, or... More
