We visited on a Friday night, when they have a seafood buffet and live Bluegrass music. Good food, friendly people.

Service was excellent though the buffet style food was okay. I had fried chicken and typical southern sides. Tea was good.

There are multiple stores here. Also a restaurant (highly recommend) and ice cream shop. You will want to stop and shop and/or eat.

We had lunch here, Ordered the cheese burgers, with fries/ homemade chips, No way would I spend $8.99 each for the burger and fries/homemade chips again, The burger at best was mediocre, one of the worst burgers I've ever had, it had no taste

Enjoyed a true country meal today of fried chicken, chicken livers, green beans, fried okra and much more. It was delicious. We waited about 15 min. for lunch, but it was worth it. Strawberry Shortcake was yummy too!

Pickens is pretty isolated in rural South Carolina; the restaurant choices are quite thin on the ground. Aunt Sue's is one of the very few eateries offering any Sunday meals. We went to their Sunday buffet. The atmosphere is Full-on Country, which is very fun. The staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The food, however,... More

Stopped by after a long hike... very popular place! Had to wait about 20 minutes for a table. Buffett reasonably priced ($11) and lots of options included fried chicken, meatloaf, pot roast, mac n cheese, fried okra, salad bar, and desserts. Food was better than expected. Cute little place, worth a try!

We ate here after visiting Caesar's Head State Park and we loved it. It was on a Sunday so we were able to partake in their Sunday Buffet and it was very good. Everything is home made and it tastes it too! We tried everything they had to offer and we were't disappointed. After dinner we went next door to... More

In appearance, it's a typical "hillbilly theme" tourist trap. Rustic wood building, etc. We went for Friday lunch. Just a few customers were there. Service was good enough. The fried green tomatoes, fried okra, mashed potatoes were good. Meats were virtually inedible. I got "chicken fried chicken". It was a chicken patty, with a tempura coating, and gravy on top....
