I feel bad writing this because the owner seems really nice, but this is hands down the most flavorless Vietnamese food I've ever had (in or out of Vietnam). I mean, at the very least, the meat should be marinated and grilled...that's the most important part of a good bun or bahn mi. The food was desperately flavorless. At one... More

I'm so glad this little place is in Red Bank. All the food is good, but my favorite is the fish in tomato sauce--delicious! It's small but clean, and the owner is wonderful to her customers. There may be better Vietnamese in metro Atlanta, but the Chattanooga area is lucky to have this place. Give it a try if you... More

This is our first time at this restaurant as we were trying different dishes and decided to eat here for a Vietnamese experience. The lady owner was very nice and hospitable and was glad there were 9 of us. The restaurant is very simple but clean even the restrooms. We did not mind waiting for the food as they have... More

The food here was not amazing, but good. In our group of 4, no one had any complaints. The location just outside of downtown on Dayton Blvd is convenient. There was no loud music or kitchen noise, just an environment for relaxing or enjoying a talk with friends. The service was very good and friendly.

My husband was in the mood of Pho, so we decided to come to this place. The atmosphere of the restaurant is really not nice, a diner type of atmosphere with the cheap looking booths and tables. The pho we rated at 2/5, it wasn't good at all and it was bland and we ordered a ginger fish that was... More

We have been customers of Old Saigon for several years, and were thrilled when they moved since the new location is closer to us! The owners/staff are always gracious and very friendly...willing to explain a dish to you if you need help. And the food...from the spring rolls (the best I have tasted since my last trip to Vietnam) to... More

Old Saigon 2601 Dayton Blvd Chattanooga 423-876-0322 W-Sa:11:30-8 Su: 11:30-2:30 Old Saigon’s new, easy-to-find location is brighter and lighter thanks to more windows. The old booths, tables and chairs successfully made the relocation, as did the minimalist decorations and the cheerful, friendly & helpful owner, who, with her husband , comprise the entire staff. The menu is little changed, and... More
