This is the best food and ambiance in Chattanooga. Staff is very professional and interested in making a memorable visit. Lovely cocktail list. Food entrees are ever changing but always farm fresh and Interesting with sublime flavors.

This is not the type of restaurant we typically patronize, but I decided to surprise my wife with a nice dinner after the ballet for Christmas. It is a very nicely designed space. We showed up 30 minutes before our 6:30 reservation, and were seated...More

Intimate setting in downtown. Food was delicious. Dress code is semi formal attire. On the pricey side but well worth it for a special dinner.

This last visit was my third time going to St. John’s for dinner and the most impressive so far. There aren’t many vegan/vegetarian options but our meal this last time was just phenomenal. From the bread, wine, starters to main course and dessert, there was...More

Meals, atmosphere and service are always excellent. A little pricey but good place for customized selections and a quiet meal, with a great atmosphere!

We dined here on a Saturday night. The space is very nice....it's an old hotel and has a gorgeous ceiling. The service was good. The ambiance was a little lacking, however. Our meals were just fine, but not spectacular. There are several very nice restaurants...More

Forgot the most important part of my answer - the owner came by and introduced himself . He seems especially nice. Bet if you contact him in advance, he will help you plan a special evening!

When in doubt, I would just call them and ask, but I would make a reservation. Even IF it's usually unnessary, you never know what large group might walk in and fill up the table you would have had.😉 Our dinner was a good... More
