Down-to-earth good people own this place. Beer's cold. Food's hot. Friendly atmosphere. We now go there quite often.

Nice bar and restaurant. Everybody was friendly including owner and staff. Had the specialty beer (calf killer) dark ale, very good. Friendly neighborhood atmosphere - had bacon cheeseburger, my better half had liver and onions, and "the boy" had his own small 12inch pepperoni and...More

It depends on what you are into, drafts were priced well and the food is average and limited. The bar area seemed busier than the dining area for a Friday evening. Someone else ordered the pizza and it looked nice.

Reds was recommended by locals so we went to check it out. Very friendly patrons as well as Laura bar tender. Tried philly and burger. Both were good at reasonable price. 20 beers on tap. Some local brews. We sat in back bar area. Heard...More

New to the area and trying Pizza everywhere ... I’m sorry to say the Pizza was horrible. The crust is premade, there was minimal sauce and the cheese didn’t look like cheese in the overcooked state it was served to us. We really like the...More

I had chicken wings, my Lady wasn't too hungry and ordered soup. A few beers to wash down the wings and I was happy! Very reasonably priced.

This is a very quiet, no frills place. Seems like a locals place to eat. We ordered the Rueben and Seafood Platter. The food was excellent and low cost. Service was fine.

The half pound burgers are huge, delicious, and a good value. Potato skins were excellent. Salad was great, with lots of chicken breast. Food is a bit slow to come out of the kitchen, even when not crowded.

Service and salads were good but everything else was disappointing, including the mixed drinks. I had a very bland porkchop and my wife had a thin and dry rib eye that had no flavor. We won't be back!

I personally would not eat here again. The meatloaf was absolutely horrible. The hot wings were ok, but at first we didn't even have sauce on them and it was delivery so we had to wait for them to just bring the sauce back and...More

There were kids at the restaurant. The Ale house has a bar in the back but the front is just like a normal restaurant. Hope this helped. The Red Ale house has great food.

They do not have a liquor license, so it is only beer. But like others have posted, you can bring in your own liquor.
