Despite past disappointments, we made one more visit to the Roadhouse. It was terrible. We won't be going back. Steak tips were full of gristle and undercooked, the latter most likely because our server paid no attention to anything but her cellphone. My chicken breast was cooked until it was very dry. Portion sizes seemed to have shrunk while prices... More

My wife and I went there for Valentines day, Even though it was packed my drink stayed full and we had fresh rolls brought out when needed. I love it there

We had a birthday party lunch and it would have been wonderful but it was so cold in the restaurant making our lunch hard to enjoy. Ask to turn down the AC in January but never helped. I'm not a fan of Texas Roadhouse but the family is so we had to endure.

I had the bone in Ribeye and it was absolutely great The flavor was so good and the tenderness was top notch The grilled chicken salad is the best chicken salad in Kingsport. The place was very busy but the service was perfect. Best meat quality around

This was our first visit to the restaurant and were surprised at how busy it was. It was fun to see the cooks grilling the food during waiting to be seated. Our wait was about 15 minutes (at 5pm on Saturday) and it was packed. They did a great job getting folks seated in a reasonable time-frame. Our waitress was... More

We love Texas Roadhouse!! We always get the 6oz sirloin and it never disappoints. They craziest thing is we stopped getting the Dilo bites for our daughter because they have so much fat in them. We usually have great service and sometimes crappy service but overall the food stands out above all of that!!

My husband and I love this restaurant. The steaks are always cooked correctly and they have a great selection. We enjoy the music and they have good drinks as well. We also like that we can go there and watch TN football games. The staff is also attentive and we usually don't have very long wait times to get seated.

Recently my wife and I ate there and the appetizer onion bloom was ok but undercooked. My wife ordered the filet with sides and I had the road kill platter. The salads were ok and delivered promptly. When the food came the filet looked good and prepared as requested. My wife said the taste was just ok. I think timing... More

We were seated with hardly any wait despite the crowd. It was a nice atmosphere. We went around halloween and all the staff was dressed up. I had probably the best steak I have ever eaten but my husband's chicken tenders weren't the greatest. We will definitely go back but he will try something else.
