Met family here for lunch and had a quick meal before leaving town. Had a problem with one of the meals. Waiter took care of it immediately and removed the charges for that meal from our ticket. Had the lunch size salad with baked potato and hubby had the lunch size pot pie. Both were excellent. Good food. Good service.... More

First time visit to this restaurant. We stopped for lunch on Wednesday before Thanksgiving. They were busy but we had no trouble being seated and waited on. Our waitress was friendly and professional. The meal arrived rather quickly, but what a surprise. My wife ordered the vegetable plate with turnip greens, cabbage, pinto beans, and fried apples. The greens were... More

Cracker Barrel restaurants are one of our favorites when we travel. For breakfast we normally get Uncle Hershel's with the fried catfish. It's always very good. This time, since it was a late lunch, we tried the Pecan Crusted Catfish. It was good also, but about an hour later we both suffered from diarrhea. I don't know if the fish... More

After a day of riding a bus, was very excited to see Cracker Barrel right next door to the hotel. The carrot cake is delicious.

Cracker Barrel is a great place for being able to get grilled fish and healthy sides, such as turnip greens, sweet potatoes, mixed vegetables, and mixed fruit. However, when I ordered an omelette, I was given biscuits, gravy, and grits. I have a digestive disease and cannot have these items. When I told the waitress that I can't eat them,... More

Love to go for their Friday night fish, I got the cod fish, my son had the trout and grandson the catfish, all of our fish was so good, even our 8 month enjoyed a few bites of my cod. It comes with fries and Cole slaw but you can have a choice of any vegetables on their list. Real... More

I stopped at this restaurant on my way through Knoxville for dinner. The shrimp dinner was excellent and Deeanne B. was an excellent waitress. She was neat in appearance and very efficient and knowledgeable in her service. I have eaten at Cracker Barrel Restaurants all over the country and she is by far the best waitress I have ever had.... The food here is always good even during the busiest times. Had Momma's French Toast Breakfast with a side of bacon, and scrambled eggs. As usual the French toast was very good, and I was given plenty of syrup. The bacon is always delicious, and the eggs were good if a little overcooked for my taste. Service was great, and... More
