I would give this cafe top points. I found the owner Mary behind the bar and i found her very friendly. I went there for a coffee just after taking a lovely walk from Dunlaoghaire. The atmosphere was second to none as i felt a lovely spirtual presence. When i spoke to mary the owner i realised that she is... More

Best spot for brunch in dalkey especially when the sun is out and you get an outside table. Very consistent with accommodating friendly staff. Highly recommended.

This is a friendly cozy Dalkey Restaurant which always has some excellent fresh sea food on the Menu - all cooked on site. I am a regular lunch visitor and almost always have the Prawn Linguini and a side salad plus a green tea. The reason is that it is very good. In the winter, a real fire in the... More

Nice food and a really great breakfast spot. Grab a newspaper and get seated and enjoy. Not much seating however. Prices reasonable.

Walked into the village looking for a nice brunch & coffee. Decision made by menu on the wall outside. The nicest brunch I've had in such a long time plus the menu is flexible which isn't always the case. Coffee was so good i had two. Thoroughly enjoyed. The building has lots of character & the smell of the wood... More

We had lunch here today and it was fantastic. I had prawns pil pil - honestly the nicest prawns I've had in years. Simple, good quality, perfectly cooked with brown bread. My partner had mushroom soup and brown bread and it was equally delicious. We will be back. Worth the drive out to Dalkey just for this spot!

Escape winter chills for a very cosy place. Coffee and pastries and an open fire completed the experience.
