We being 17 people arrived to this lovely place last Sunday evening with no booking! Have to say the staff were fantastic and accommodated us all very quickly even though they were busy themselves. The food was excellent and enjoyed by each and every member of our group. Zoe our waitress is an asset to the establishment and very caring... More

Nice gastropub in Kildare off the M7. Food is good with a varied choice and a nice selection of wines. Ideal for stop or the family occasion. Slightly premium in price but ample portions. Wifi non existent. Staff very pleasant.

Came here today for lunch for a change. Never been here before, the staff were lovely, so friendly. There was no veggie option on the sandwich part of the menu so I got the beef brioche with no beef and extra veg. The flavours in the cheese/relish/red cabbage slaw was immense. I hoovered it up. I had the banoffee sundae... More

Not going to spend long on this. Fantastic staff, very attentive and friendly. Menu bit old fashioned but that can be good- sadly it wasn't. Burger ordered. 2 what could have been aldi economy line burgers arrived crisped. There is more moisture on the surface of the moon. Inedible. Beer selection excellent and well kept. This place needs a competent... More

Lunch menu is a little limited but very tasty. Not overly expensive but the service was a bit sub-par.

This was a real find for my girlfriend and I, as we were staying nearby and did not know the area at all. We drove into Kill and saw the pub so thought we'd stop for a pint. Once inside we were warmly greeted and saw that as well as being a gastropub, they had a wealth of local craft... More

Excellent lively gastro pub. A hard job to choose from such an extensive menu. Fought off the temptation to have a starter. That was wise as portion size didn't disappoint. Puddings excellent, my choice Selection of gelato didn't disappoint either. Well worth a visit - sensible to book though.
