I really enjoyed the food there, the portions were a bit smaller than I've had in other Sushi restaurants but it was well prepared and enjoyable. The staff were decent they asked if we had a reservation we said no, we were seated regardless of a reservation. The service was a bit slow, and no one came to check in... More

Really outstanding decor, contemporary and very interesting 'zen' . Look at that jelly fish chandelier ! Very creative . We had the prawn curry and the Ramen noodle soup with seafood and pork belly . Delicious ! My new favourite lunch time restaurant in Jersey .

Having not tried Japanese food before it was a really nice place to start, the menu if well structured and has lots of options available from sharing platters to individual dishes. I recommend sharing platters for starters as the value seems to be better than the other options. The restaraunt has a nice relaxed feel to it and all the... More

i live in jersey and so was very excited by the idea of a new sushi restaurant. however, i can't help but be disappointed by the restaurant. the decor is lovely and in a quiet end of town but the service was really rather appalling. the food was nice but could've been fresher considering the time it took to arrive... I joined 8 friends for lunch and whilst the food was good the service was not good. Half of us ordered pre-lunch drinks the rest of us were overlooked and we had to chase for someone to take our order. We waited quite a while for our order but the quality of the food was very good. We then had... More

Visited earlier this week with my parents and my partner. We hadn't booked a table but they were able to fit us in in a table in the far corner. We sat for around 10 minutes before anyone come over with drinks and food menus! Then once given these we were then left to wait another 10 minutes for someone... More

Visited this restaurant with friends last month to celebrate a birthday. First impressions were excellent - lovely decor & surroundings and we were shown to our table outside. It was a chilly evening so asked for the outdoor heaters to be turned on only to be told they were broken. it would have been really helpful to have known this... More

This is a family run restaurant rebranded as Soy with a more Japanese flavour I have known the family for years and write this with heavy heart in order that they improve and continue to prosper Firstly the restaurant is expensive for the the quality of food and service ! Most of the servers had no personality apart from one... More
