We tried Hectors based on the good reviews and were not disappointed. The food was excellent, served to you by very friendly staff who made a fuss over my 4 year old. Prices are very reasonable too. We had the fish platter which was well worth the money. You get baby cod, baby haddock, scampi, prawns in filo pastry chips... More

Good food, friendly staff and very averagely priced. If you're looking for fish and chips in Jersey then this is a favourite. They also sell other items on the menu if you're not in the mood for fish. A good informal place for a quick bite!

80s music, basic but tidy seating and decent choice of local fish. Great friendly staff. Alcohol served too.

Decent chippy - lots on the menu, all done well. Comfortable seating and really friendly staff. Can't really ask for too much more!

This place is worth going to just to hear the witty banter and repartee provided by Paul, our waiter for the evening. The portions are generous and well cooked to order; you may have to wait for your meal at busy times but believe me it's worth it.

We fancied Fish & Chips for our final day in Jersey and these certainly didn't disappoint. the Haddock was especially good and the cup of tea went down well.

The best fish and chips I've had in years! Called in for a meal before our homeward journey. Talked about saving the best till last. It looks like a proper seaside chippy, warm and comfy, slightly shabby but clean and a jovial proprietor. Very friendly and efficient staff, great food and a good choice. Don't miss it
