Excellent Thai food.served al fresco on slipway and beach where the tide can often mean moving your table between courses or getting your feet wet. Great atmosphere food and service - BYO booze

The location on a good day is fantastic, assuming the tide is out of course. Located on a slipway with beach next to it where the tables are set out, so be aware that you'll be eating outside (only a few seats inside along a counter). When it's busy the wait is significant, but the food is worth it. Awesome.

This is a gem, its a little shack on the sea front, it has bench table and chairs on the beach and also a small inside area to eat. Food cooked very quickly and was very tasty and reasonable for the price, which was about £10.50. We had a take away as our hotel was opposite and we wanted to... More

My partner and I love the Dicq Shack, the food is amazing and the portions are generous. However, the many times we have been there we've had a good 1hr30 - 1hr 45 mins wait and the take out is the same. But I would say it is worth waiting for - really excellent.

First time I had used this 'shack' on the slipway - phoned through an order + half an hour later, delicious food was ready for collection. Generous portions + beautifully cooked.

Very atmospheric. Addictive, and good value for money. We ate here quite a few times and were not disappointed. Knack is to get there early thugh. After 7pm and there's an order backlog you don't want to wait for.

A beach shack offering GREAT Thai food. We popped in for a quick snack and both ended up having Pad Thai. Freshly cooked to order with fresh ingredients and nicely presented for what is effectively a snack shack. A little bit pricey at (from memory) about 11 pounds for the King Prawn option but happy with the price once the... More

Any meal here is going to be a winner but the "Chef's Dinner" is something extra special! Eat what the staff from Thailand eat - genuinly, not just a tourism gimmick!

The crab curry is by far my favourite every time! Red or green, totally scrummy and loads of it. Great value.
