Stayed one night with my two kids and husband. Good clean basic accommodation and with the dogs welcome and breakfast included, very reasonably priced for the area. We all enjoyed an excellent breakfast and my veggie needs were catered for which was lovely but unexpected. Great place for dog walking, lots of foot paths. Nice people running things too. Not... The worst food our table of 7 had ever experienced. Not cheap either. The restaurant was empty at a peak time on a Saturday evening so we should have known better. We went in solely from previous experiences several years ag oand a change of ownership certainly 'rings' the changes.....For the worst!

We took the circular walk through the woods from Kingsbridge and popped in for a bite to eat. We sat on the terrace as we had the dog although we were told we could bring the dog into the lounge and bar (not the restaurant). We just had light bites. The sandwiches were huge although not the most delicious I've... More

Popped in for a drink after a visit to the beach. Nice staff, dogs and family made very welcome. Missed out on trying the food due to our timing of the visit, our fault not the pubs, but we will visit again in the future as the menu looks great and the service and welcome were very nice. Thanks very... More

Terrible customer service and unpleasant experience with staff. Went in with some friends to have a few drinks and play some pool. The pub was deserted apart from us. Staff member implied that we should leave straight away after only one of us purchased a drink, not all of us, making us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.

The food was lovely very nice chips , and the service was good , The place could do with a bit of an update decoration wise and our table was very sticky 😁 I do think that somebody there is trying to improve the decor though , and the atmosphere was friendly

Stopped by this pub yesterday for a drink with my husband and father in law... Nice location despite the construction going on behind... Sat outside in the sun with our drinks... Not many people there and seemed to be the chef behind the bar serving drinks... Was shocked when I went into bathroom to see how dated and dirty they... More

The place was empty usually my instinct on this is to turn around my mistake was I did not. We ordered the food and after a reasonable wait considering it was empty the food came. I had supposedly home made steak pie when it came it had one piece of meat in I never complain just don't go back but... More

Staying in the Kingsbridge area, we came across the Ring O' Bells pub when driving past and decided to try it for an early dinner. The staff were very friendly and helpful and gave us some tips on some of the local attractions. The food was excellent and arrived really quickly too. Highly recommended :-)

Being an old Kingsbridgian, I took the family to the Ring o Bells as this was a favourite haunt for me more years ago than I care to remember. The staff were very welcoming and took our food and drinks order quickly. The food and portions were generally good, however one of our group asked for the scampi for smaller... More
