Visited to pick up some great produce from the farm shop. Fantastic olives and Barkham Blue cheese!! Had a super cup of tea while there nice and strong Judy how I like it! There is also a lovely garden section with a selection of plants and garden ornaments. There is also a fish shop selling fresh fish.

One of our regular visits today. Had a lovely sandwich for lunch, with lots of sunshine on the patio, really friendly staff, and then a wander around the well-stocked farm shop afterwards. Great fresh food, in a lovely setting near Torcross.

Haven't been there in the evenings. But had lunch several times. Always good quality food. Far better than your normal cafe. Staff always helpful and friendly. Always clean. Nice play area for young children outside.

We stopped for brunch & were so impressed with the food choice we stocked up on supplies for home. We enjoyed the daily home made soup served with a fresh bread roll & the plate of home cooked ham, eggs & chips. This is a really family friendly cafe & farm shop serving fresh produce with an excellent butchery &... More

Visited about a year ago and stopped for a sandwich again this year on our return drive to Dartmouth following the coastal route from Kingsbridge. As we were staying in a B&B which serves very generous and tasty breakfast we could only manage a sandwich at lunch time and what a super sandwich it was. Had hoped for crab but... More

We frequent the cafe for both meals and stopping in for a coffee. Good lunch food, fresh salads and tasty burgers. When the pizza oven is on the pizzas are nice to have. Plenty of space outside when the weather is good and a nice selection of beers from South Hams Brewery which is next door. Highly recommend.

We visit the area a couple of times a year and always call in at least twice during each visit. We had the Durrants Sausage & Mash on our first visit this year and the Broccoli & Stilton Soup on our second visit. Ample portions with both choices and super quality.

we wanted a snack lunch between visiting family and friends at Torcross and Strete so this was the ideal position. We both selected home made mushroom soup - this had a touch too much thyme seasoning but apart from that was hot and filling, Granary roll and butter was excellent - also the coffee.

Thank you for your kind review, most appreciated. Noted regarding the Thyme. Everything is made fresh by ourselves and we do try and vary the soup a couple of times a week. Hope to see you again soon More

Had mid week lunch and Sunday brunch in this amazing place. It's a farm shop with the nicest and best of things to buy. And the cafe/coffee shop is a delight. Prime fresh dishes, top coffee, exceptional service and modest prices. Laid back and with Wifi available it's a good place to meet up. Of course you can't just walk... More
