Three staff were on duty in the lounge area, but none of them seemed to be interested in serving customers!

From the outside it looks dated but I've just stopped here for a coffee and a sandwich. I'm giving it a 4* just for the view. It's breathtaking. Located at the top of Portland with views over Chesil Beach sweeping right along the Jurassic Coastline....More

Fantastic views from the bistro. Great food - above average but quite pricey! Worth paying the extra for the scenery!

We stopped in for a coffee and a brandy after a nasty experience at The Pulpit Pub. Needed to get rid of the taste in our mouths. What a lovely view even on a stormy day!

Description
Dinner can be a casual, stylish affair dining from our bistro menu. A relaxed dining atmosphere compliments the wonderful views. The Dinner menu offers Chef Signature dishes and a seasonal menu which is updated regularly. Dishes include Crispy sea bass with lobster bisque, honey nut roasted lamb rump, leek & blue vinny tartlet, or Summer berry chicken. Chef Richard always considers the food miles travelled and prefers to use good locally sourced products for his menu.
