We turned up here last Sunday, after a short walk, without a reservation. Although it was busy, we were found a table quite quickly. There was an initial disappointment. The menu outside showed Dorset bred Rose Veal; something that Jamie Oliver has recently talked about...More

If it wasn't for the free I newspaper offered at the bar we would have missed the spectacular show of shooting stars on December 13th. Beautiful decor and friendly staffordable. Lovely views overlooking the Quay . The coffee and brandy was good too.

Lovely setting and decor. The staff were very helpful. We had a very large party and had pre-ordered the food. The team were also able to handle individual tabs which made things a lot easier rather than getting calculators out at the end! Unfortunately the...More

This is an admirable place to be on a summer's day on the terrace by the river - but we enjoyed a November lunch in a separate little room decorated with pictures of Wareham's bygone era - very cosy. There were six of us choosing...More

Stopped by for Sunday lunch, I had reserved a table but we arrived an hour early which did not present any problems. We both opted for the roast beef, oh my goodness it was gorgeous, the meat melted in the mouth, roast potatoes were cooked...More

Had a steak here, it was pretty good, nothing fantastic but nice enough and not too expensive. Would recommend.
