The food in this establishment in Ballymena is pretty much average, and can be hit and miss, mostly due to who is cooking, and is overall expensive for what it is, fast food. What makes up for this is the staff who are fantastic in accommodating you gastronomic needs. They have put dishes together for me, which are not on... More

Visited here for lunch today and I was absolutely appalled. The service was next to nothing and the food wasn't even cooked. Staff didn't show any care for the undercooked food. When I went up to pay, the person on the till actually asked me for a tip. The toilets completely stank as soon as you walked in. Not impressed.... More

Awful service, awful food, over-priced. This place was the subjecy of a work discussion recently and 6 folk found it hard to find something that was good about it. Sorry to hear that folks are losing their jobs as it is closing but the standards and value for money just aren't there.

Expensive. Poor quality. Didn't even consider using a 20% discount voucher I was recently given. Save your money & eat elsewhere.

This Frankie and bennys is the usual type of diner that you find worldwide with this chain. The atomphere is nice and thr service good. HOWEVER the mere quality of the food suggests its of a cheap standard ....we ordred a starter of bruschetta which wasnt great as if had mostly fridge cold tomatoes and chopped onions and a tiny... Had family lunch which was very nice. I could have happily chosen at least three or four items from the menu (good variety for a lunch special). Everyone was happy with their food especially the kids meal which included desert. Good value and nice/pleasant staff
