Awesome little restaurant, very friendly, great food and service and a host of character! Locals wanted to chat and happy to talk about their history and listen to ours. Service and food was quick and would have liked to have stayed longer.

Lynchburg is always a great short trip out of Nashville. Jack Daniels is a fun stop but when you get hungry stop and eat at the Caboose. BBQ is not all they have. We love the pizza. BBQ chicken or pulled pork are a great change of pace.

We stopped in here for lunch after the jack daniels tour and it was great! They had the real southern hospitality here! They were so nice and quick. The food was really good! I got the stuffed baked potato! Wow so good.

Small little restaurant with family feel. Food was home cook feeling and the bread pudding was melt on the floor good!

Perfect, perfect, perfect. We stopped in for lunch and Lori, the owner, made us feel like family. The pulled pork sandwich was excellent especially with the homemade spicy BBQ sauce; surpassed only by the barbecue pizza. Simple, authentic, and a good value -- what more do you need? Pie, that's what, eat the pie. All of them.

Not to many options to eat in downtown Lynchburg so we gave Caboose a try. The service was good and nice atmosphere. I got the pull pork and it was good, I won't say fantastic but good. Didn't try the ribs, so I'll give it another try to see how they are. Overall was not super impressed, but know is... More

Very small but good choice for eating after visit to distillery. Many stars have visit this tiny diner that can be observed by pictures placed all along walls. Staff was very friendly and food was fine
