I have lived in west Kilbride for 14years so consider myself pretty local. My husband and I visited this cafe (grossly overpriced) after a doctors appointment 2weeks ago for a breakfast. It was empty so we sat at a table for 4 it holds app. 30 we were approached by a waitress not to take our order but to ask... More

Visited with my husband and mum. Mum had soup and a roll and there was plenty. She also had a cup f tea. I had a lovely piece of carrot cake. It was big and it was moist. Also had a pot of tea as did my husband. Staff friendly and helpful and cost was reasonable. Would go again.

Quality of food was very good but too expensive for what it was. If better value for money would visit much more often as we like to go out for coffees, light lunches and within easy walk or short car journey from home in the town.

Visited here on Thursday 10th September as I had an hour to wait before my doctors appointment. This place is not cheap by any means and it is only a cafe. I had tuna and onion Mayo panini ordered curly fries as extra at £2.75. Partner had soup and sandwich combo which he enjoyed. Food ok but it's only a... More

Dropped in for lunch and found the menu quite varied with good wholesome dishes and options for children. Parking isn't bad and the Kirtonhall Glen is very close with its swings etc for the young folk. The staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful however it wasn't cheap. We sat outside and enjoyed the view of the park and Kirktonhall... More

My wife and I have used this little cafe on many an occasion, more so my wife with her friends as she was there yesterday. The Cafe itself is a little basic in its decor, but is light and airy and more than welcoming and on the warmer summer days will have outside seating. The menu itself is again basic... More

We had a pretty good lunch here. I can highly recommend the venison burger. The little restaurant lacks atmosphere and staff are not very interested in their customers. There are better coffee stops in West Kilbride but the venison burger was good.

This little cafe, tucked away by Spar in West Kilbride, isn't bad but could be so much better. The staff did their job but no more. They were not unfriendly but not friendly either. My friend felt uncomfortable at the way they stared at her (not sure why, it didn't happen anywhere else on our travels) throughout our time there.... More

Had a nice lunch and would probably have visited again but the staff were very unwelcoming. A smile would have made such a difference.

We went to the Cherry Orchard after a visit to the local cemetery. We stood for 10 minutes and were totally ignored by the two members of staff present , one of whom was flitting about doing not much, the other was sitting, reading the paper and clearly didn't want to be disturbed.
