This lovely pub was a 10 minute walk from our hotel. Real Ale on the bar, warm welcome from the staff, food was fab particularly the pulled ham and pea terrine with a lovely roaring fire, what's not to like?

Had a drink and a snack. £6.00 for a large wine + half a pint and a portion of chips £11.00 Wish the open fire was on. Misty day. Nice touch offering loan of blankets if you wanted to sit outside! 😉More

We are definitely vegetarian friendly and we do have some dishes which are vegan also our chefs are very flexible so if they could modify a dish they would.
