Stopped by with the group I was with and really enjoyed this fun spot for a drink and entertainment. Did not order food as we had already eaten dinner.

I ate here while on a business trip. The food is southern style comfort food. It was a delicious lunch and the portion was plentiful. The building is very old and has an interesting decor. We really enjoyed our lunch.

Highlight of our trip to Memphis in Music terms. Bar ahs 2 sections one modern modern blues and the other old style with just a door between. Really enjoyed the 4 sessions we were there.

Nothing special about it, other than it was right on Beale Street. Food was not memorable. Band was just okay.

Of all the clubs and bars on Beale Street, Rum Boogie Cafe is the one not to miss. If their superfine rum selection and beer aren't enough to entice you, the Cajun and barbecue menu should-ribs, fried catfish, gumbo and red beans and rice served by fast and friendly servers.
