The food here was great. The waitress was sweet. She was a bit scattered though getting things confused. Atmosphere was laid back. I would go back.

Had always enjoyed a meal at Jim 'N Nick's B.B.Q., but after our recent visit we won't return. Selected this restaurant because we always liked the b.b.q. natchoes. We sat outside where we found the service slow. My drink had a hair in it, the...More
Dinner with ribs and pulled pork was okay. Great location. Lunch was outstanding. We had catfish pulled pork fruit baked potatoes. Outstanding. Perhaps Lunch was the better time because better service though we did carry out for dinner. Bartender too many duties so service slower.
We sat in the bar, service was excellent. Brisket was good, hotlink wasn't as good as I hoped. Just not a good flavor. We were able to view discussion of the NFL draft while we at.
Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this place. I had the friend chicken salad and it was terrible. Others had BBQ and it was just barely tolerable. I'm not a picky eater, and expected most if not all BBQ joints in Memphis to be pretty good, so...More
The BBQ sandwiches we both had were excellent. The price was very reasonable. The staff was very accommodating.

We were wanting bbq while traveling through Memphis. Was pleasantly surprised to find that they have an allergy menu! The manager was helpful in answering our questions so our child could also enjoy the bbq...it was delicious. The cheese muffins are excellent. Would happily return.
The disappointing part of this meal was choosing one of the barbecue items for lunch. There are platters, sandwiches and many sides to choose from. The pulled pork sandwich tasted great and was accompanied by some tasty home made chips.
