Took our family here to enjoy a special meal. Big mistake. The food was horrible. Went last year and couldn't wait to go back while in Memphis but will never go back after the worst food and service. The manager even came to our table...More

A little pricey, but great food. Crab cakes were great..and the eggplant parmigiana was out of this world. Great surprise for this little neighborhood gem. $30 for a pizza, maybe a little much, but it was lobster and bacon!

I wonder how this place stays open. Business is always dragging. We went on a Tuesday. Service was slow. We sat for 7 minutes (yes, I counted) without menus and not greeted by the bartender who was having long winded conversation with the couple beside...More

We were looking for a restaurant close to the Orpheum & Spindini was just perfect. Great atmosphere, food , wine & service. We were running a little late & our waiter got us out just in time to make Phantom of the Opera. I will...More

Love the dim lighting, although I went with a group this is a nice spot for couples. The Roman Pizza taste great and the customer service was good. This is probably my 3rd visit and I haven't had a bad experience yet.

They tried to serve my wine in a plastic glass. The reason they said was "all are stem glasses are being broken by our customers so we ran out." I said "well I promise not to break my glass." They brought it out in a...More

It had been 2 years since our last visit to this restaurant. It was a great experience then as it still is now. Tiara, our server, provided excellent customer service while being prompt and polite. Their half off pizzas and wines on Mondays are a...More

Description
Spindini is a Memphis favorite that specializes in Italian. We concentrate on traditional Italian food prepared with a modern twist. You'll also see that the menu denotes dishes cooked in the wood-burning oven, made with organically-grown produce harvested at Woodland Farms, a company owned farm, or made with honey from Spindini's own bee hives. Everything in this trendy, South Main neighborhood spot is oh so nice. With dreamy food, a passionate staff, and warmth that goes beyond ambience this place is truly a local's favorite. Pastas, chicken, seafood and veal comprise the menu, along with the occasional special that relies on gutsy, robust flavors Open Sunday-Thursday 5pm-10pm Friday-Saturday 5pm-11pm Open for Lunch Wednesday-Sunday 11am-3pm
