A wonderful homemade fry up with fresh barista coffee all made very quickly and to a high quality. What more could you ask for?

The best coffe I have had in this country outside of Venice. They use Nairobi Coffee Company beans here. Why ? Because the owners are fully trained passionate barristas. They could follow the rest of the sheep by serving the usual poor commercial coffee.... But they choose to offer and serve the very best. If you are a true coffee... More

What a lovely place to take some time out...lovingly restored tearoom/ cafe serving great food and cakes. We chose toasted teacake, bara brith and coffees...absolutely superb in lovely comfortable surroundings, and with superb, friendly service. We were there at wrong time of day for breakfasts but would certainly want to give them a try next time we're there. A lovely... More

Was just ok. Feel it's half hearted now to how it used to be. Waitress was a bit off maybe tired as it was end of the day. Cheese and bacon roll but not much bacon. Prob won't go back as there is other places in town

Just went in for coffee and were not disappointed. The owners care passionately about the quality of their offer and were happy to share their experiences. Their Americano cup of coffee was excellent; can't think of many places where I've had a better one.

Had afternoon tea here. Lovely staff, amazing cake and lovely strong coffee and tea. Advise parking near the castle ruins as parking on the road is dangerous. Heavy traffic.

En route to West Wales coast, popped in here for a drink and a bacon sarnie. Tasty and good service. Cakes looked delicious and they are generous with the cream!

I thoroughly enjoyed my Cream Tea at Penygawse tea rooms. £3.95 for a fruit scone, clotted cream and jam, plus your choice of tea. You can't really go wrong there! They also do lunches and a number of other cakes etc. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for something sweet!

A delightful stopover on our way through Lampeter on a scenic drive on the R482. We stopped for a cup of coffee and cake. We had very nice service. The coffee and cake were delicious. We noticed that they serve breakfasts and lunches as well. Lovely outdoor seating and warm comfortable seating inside. Simple decor. A really happy stopover for... More
