This is a well run spotless little cafe situated on the main through street of this seaside town. Food is home made and wholesome and one can choose to eat inside or out. Service is efficient and friendly.

Lovely cafe with friendly staff. Well frequented by locals, always a good sign. Good all day breakfast although sausages were disappointing. Lovely omlettes

Food was good. Portions are big. Recommended for a snack, but is quite pricey. Cakes look delicious.

Popped in one afternoon when the heavens opened We had teas for the adults and chocolate milkshake for the children plus cakes Victoria sponge was homemade but I would challenge that, the children's cup cakes were ok but not the best Tea was ok if chocolate milkshake were grainy and big finished Will not visit again

This is a superb place for lunch or tea. We had two excellent roasts at Cegin Alban last week, followed by delicious cakes/puddings. We had chicken and beef (superbly cooked) with potatoes, carrots, swede, peas and cabbage. Outstanding quality and quantity. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Just so sorry to read that the cafe will close in October.... More
