While camping nearby, 7 of us went to the nearest pub, which was tyn-y-coed. We all had a mix of food available on the menu, and not one of us were particularly happy with what was put in front of us.

A lovely pub offering a warm welcome. The staff were so friendly. Also the food was delicious and very well priced. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area or passing through.

We recently spent a weekend in Snowdonia and the Tyn Y Coed Inn was our 'local'. My only wish is that my 'local' at home was as good! A traditional, and welcoming pub with a beautiful real coal fire and a top notch selection of...More
