I ordered hot drinks to come with the food but when I went back to confirm the food order the drinks had been made. I informed the waitress of the table number but was... More

Enjoyed lovely, friendly service and a very nice meal. Starters of spring rolls and salt and pepper squid(special) were both tasty. The thing with the Eagle and Child is the food is always good quality, piping hot and good value. Staff helpful and the young man who served us was perfect, with a smile. We will be back as can guarantee a good meal.

Looking for somewhere local that we had not visited, this was a recommendation. Venue is superb, though be aware if you are not local... approaching this place from the Prestatyn side will be a serious test of your driving skills. Much simpler from the Trelawnyd road. Anyway... service was superb and the food - though not outstanding - was very... More

Attended with family for an evening meal. Food was nice but a little bland. Great service though, made to feel really welcome and food arrived quickly.

The Eagle And Child inn is located in Gwaenysgor, a 5 minute drive from Prestatyn around some of the best views in North Wales. It is a warm and comfortable pub with plenty of old pictures and typical pub-like antiques decorating the sides. It is a cosy atmosphere. The food was good, not fantastic but still nice. the service was... More
