We stumbled on this place by accident on a freezing cold February afternoon for Bara Brith and scones - they were fantastic. Really lovely lady and ambience. Would definitely recommend.

First time here and was not disappointed. Service was friendly and professional. The food was good potion size, fresh and tasty. Ambience comfort and relaxed. Well worth a visit for a quick cuppa and snack or a good hearty lunch and dessert.

Very friendly service and good for sandwiches and snacks. Busy so might be hard to get a table at peak times. Food was very tasty and took a lovely cheese scone home with me. Well used by local people

Chips and peas ewere ok but the fish was exactly the same shape and dimensions of my partners. Closer examination suggested more than strongly that this was not fresh cod fillet... More

We visit this little place often and are never disappointed. The staff are second to none, and the food neveer fails to please. Also it is reasonably priced. Well done!!

Brilliant efficient running cafe, excellent food, very reasonable with daily specials board. Local beers, cider and wines. Faultless service with 1990's prices
