Food really nice shame about the owners attitude. We were enjoying our lunch when a bad draught came round us, making our meals stone cold, I mentioned this in a friendly way to see if something could be done about it, only for the owner to come over shutting windows and telling me everyone else was hot, the draught remained... Visited the Hotel while traveling from Holyhead to Menai Bridge along the east coast road (A5025) Sunday lunchtime. There was a carvery which looked very good but sadly the place was full! Had a drink and left. The Hotel accommodation looked inviting - no kids under 16! Yeay! However, not so their restaurant which seemed to have a lot of... More
Good pub grub with nice gastro pub twists. Good selection of specials, the aubergine salad starter was really tasty. The steak was cooked a little over my liking but was good. Nice chips - not fat under cooked ones, nor french fries, good chip shop type chips - tasted really good. The food was good. Service was good to, always... More

Puddings not brilliant but didn't matter as we were stuffed by then. All went like clockwork. Best bottle of Prosecco ever had. Will def do... More

Picked this hotel up as Groupon deal and was extremely pleased with what we found. Our room was right at the top of the building but the climb was worth it. The bed was huge(and really comfortable ) with two hot water bottles provided for those who felt the need for extra heating. We did not need them as the... More

Visited this pub for a drink while staying in b&b nearby. We liked it so much we returned for evening meal. Lots of variety on menu, great prices and value for money. Comfy environment, fabulous sea views from dining area. Staff really friendly and attentive. Will return when back in Anglesey and may even look to stay here too.
Thanks and hope to see you again when next in the area. More
This is a comfortable hotel with great views towards Amlwch and the Irish Sea. The setting provides movement, sunsets and peace of mind. Food and beer is up to standard and is popular with locals and travellers and the cooked breakfast is worth getting up for.No where on Anglessey is very far to travel to but the north coast is...
