Staying in Llandonna whilst visiting son in Uni. Visited a couple of times during the week here. Very friendly welcome. Pub is a lot bigger than it looks from the outside. Well kept real ale and good pub grub. Reasonably priced fare. Would visit again...More

Decent pub food and friendly service. Regulars and locals in the bar with a separate lounge for food. Gorgeous location - in the middle of nowhere! Tuesday night fish and chips for a fiver was a great option. Spend what you save on a decent...More

Called on our way back to holiday home. Very dog friendly - sit anywhere. It was Tuesday so Fish & Chips for £5. Excellent value. Two puddings were just as good with lots of lovely custard. Definitely worth a visit.

A pub in the middle of nowhere but walkable from our accommodation, we booked in for their Friday night curry night not knowing whether the food would be any good, but it was. A lovely atmosphere with locals and tourists alike. Good service, decent prices,...More

Come here often and on a Tuesday they do fish, chips, peas (mushy or garden) all for a fiver. Better than going to a chippy and generous portions. They will even do it as a take away! Friday night is curry night for a fiver...More
