Even though we turned up unannounced on a Sunday lunchtime, we were found a 6 person table in no time (and squeezed in a wine tasting beforehand). Jared on the door was very helpful and friendly. The food is awesome, and really fresh. Try the...More

The mushroom pizza was simply supber !!! It's more expensive than your average pizzeria but definately worth it. The IPA from the brewery close by was great too. Would definitely recommend it and visit again if I could

Arriving at midday on Sunday, with 2 kids (11 and 13) and no booking, we were offered seating at the bar as all tables were reserved. What a lovely experience we had! The menu wasn't overcomplicated and was exceptional. We ordered two pizzas, paella with...More

the place is big and busy, high ceilings, and was probably understaffed for the number of customers. Kudos to the bar tender and the head waitress(?) who were friendly and helpful. The beer choice is poor and the beer is ok. We ordered salad, meat...More

The menu is simple but the quality of the food was good. Worth a visit for a good hearty meal which can cater for families and large groups well.

Hi, we only visit there every now and then, and have not heard of there being entertainment on weekends. A great place for a meal though!!
I would like to know if anyone in the world considers Miles Davis and progressive jazz and muted trumpets; relaxing? I would also like to know if IB will ever consider me seriously. I am not a fool but an ex music teacher, and I have a reasonably good lounge room recording set up at home. I also would like to know if and when IB will consider acoustic shells hung from the ceiling. I wonder if the sound level is within comfortable range. I do have a sound meter which I used when accompanying a young student of mine to the VCA, which also has sound level meters in the percussion dept. I have always rated IB's food as probably, for a similar type restaurant, as 80% or even 90%. It's a pity that any meetings between staff and I have been vexatious and confrontational. When can I have a mature meeting of minds about IB and Giant Steps?

It's a cellar door, restaurant, bar and cafe all rolled into one. Serving exceptional Innocent Bystander wines (including our famous Moscato) and outstanding wood-fired pizzas along with paellas and share boards for all day dining. Did I mention that we serve Allpress coffee and a range of delicious pastries from Burnham Beeches Bakery as well? Come on over.
