I absolutely loved this place, with all the great places in Nashville, we chose to come two days in a row, because of the amazing pancakes. My husband never orders pancakes, but after tasting mine on day one, we went back the next day....he had...More

This restaurant was recommended to me by the concierge at the hotel. It was about 4 blocks from Broadway but well worth the walk. It was definitely a locals spot and not full of tourists. The atmosphere is a little like a diner. I got...More

We stopped by 417 Union for a late Sunday brunch while in town back in May. The restaurant has a homey feeling to it which is welcoming. Service was prompt and there is plenty of seating so the wait time was very short. Food was...More

While staying in Nashville for the weekend, we visited 417 Union St for breakfast twice. The service was quick and efficient. The food was good and the price was right on. The wait staff was as friendly as could be.

Loved this place. Sat upstairs on a Thursday morning with a big party. Waitress was great, service excellent, food delicious and had a great breakfast menu. Great tasting home made biscuits, good prices for a fine breakfast. Highly recommend. I hear they have great bloody...More

Do not be in a hurry if you choose to visit. Service is wonderful, but in our hustle-bustle world, manage your expectations to match a place that is more concerned with the quality of your food and friendly service than they are with your instant...More

We were staying at a nearby hotel and really wanted breakfast, but it was afternoon. The hotel staff said this place was good and close by. It was walking distance from our hotel which was nice. We did have to wait for a little while...More

I had a waffle with bacon - crunchy, tasty waffle and delicious thick bacon. My husband's pancakes were luke warm. Didn't get spoons with coffee - minor - used my knife to stir. The place itself is very nice. There are civil war pictures on...More

We stumbled upon this place when another place was too full. Boy am I glad we did! It was busy too but had excellent service. The Poinsettia drink was a great alternative to Mimosa. I'm not a big pancake eater but it came with what...More

It is literally around the corner. If you are at the front entrance of TPAC facing the Veteran's Memorial walk south and then turn east down the street…maybe a 3 block walk.

We thought it was really overpriced, but then again, we actually thought most restaurants and bars were expensive. I'm from England and even I was shocked how expensive it was to eat and drink in Nashville!

Description
417 Union is a place where great food drives an ongoing celebration of vibrant community and rich history.

We serve classic American fare with an emphasis on Southern traditions. Like many of our favorite Southern cooks who came before us, we are inspired to build on this culinary foundation with new innovations every season. We are proud to bring a variety of fresh, high-quality food to the Nashville community, as we have for over ten years. We love to draw on the bounty of ingredients produced in Middle Tennessee, and we buy local whenever possible. Nashville bakery Provence provides all our sandwich breads, and our famous house blend coffee is fair trade and organic.
