My husband had the fish and chips. The fish was really good but the French fries were average. I had the corn beef and cabbage with broccoli and cheese. I didn't like broccoli and cheese but the cabbage was tasty. I liked the corn beef...More

Waiter was wonderful and explained items in detail. Food arrived promptly, was hot and delicious. The menu is standard Irish-Pub but there are more Americanized offerings if the Irish dishes aren’t your cup of tea. My wife had fish and chips and it was a...More

Great food & drinks but the atmosphere is what makes this a great place. Lots of room, friendly people and parking. Pretty Irish place too!

We ate Mcnamara's last night while staying in Nashville. Formerly a farmhouse, this Irish Pub has atmosphere in spades. There was also live music even on a Wednesday night. I had the shepherds pie. It came with a slice of heavenly bread baked fresh on...More

Traditional Irish music was playing. The menu was primarily Irish with a touch of England and Scotland tossed in. Food was excellent and drinks were good. I was disappointed that Guiness was the Irish beer of choice (no Murphy's!!) so stuck with the liquor choices...More

We are local so we get to visit often which we do. Authentic Irish pub fair plus burgers for the kids. We always try to catch one of the musical sets which feature Irish and Scottish favorites. Try the Scotch eggs you won't be sorry.

We were excited by the promise of an Irish restaurant with evening music during our recent visit to Nashville. We started with a Guinness and Sea Salted Chips. The beer glass smelled of dish wash which ruined the taste of the beer, and the chips...More

Dear Sir, Thank you for taking the time to review McNamara's. We are extremely disappointed that the chips were so unsatisfactory and the glass was obviously not rinsed properly. Our Scotch Eggs are authentic and made fresh each day. We take pride in knowing and...More
