I like hot food, but the heat of shut the cluck up took me to another place. It was delicious, crispy chicken and the mac and cheese was amazing.

The line was long so we weren't sure but decided to wait...so glad we did. Decided to try the "hot" and it was delicious! Burned my lips but so juicy and full of flavor. My son had the "damn hot" and had to admit it was too much but he tried! Sides were tasty, cold beer, and very friendly staff... More

At least that is what my husband says. I absolutely loved the crispness, spice, flavor and the heat of the twice deep-friend chicken. We need one of these in Colorado!

This spot is cool as I have been a few times. The hot level chicken can easily managed by anyone. The offer a variety of side options. The staff are all friendly and uniformed.

I love the medium and sometimes I go for the Hot.. not sure of the exact names but you will see the levels which are clearly marked.. the sides are amazing.. the potato salad.. great.. the... More

I waited in line outside to get seated inside and it was worth it! Actually, the line moved fairly quickly. The chicken was fried to perfection, had a fire engine, red-hot flavor and was juicy on the inside. Be sure to try the peach cobbler, outstanding!

If you live in NYC, the chicken here is as good as Amy Ruth's in Harlem (but not better, so if you're not burning up for chicken, don't kill yourself to get here.) Black eyed pea salad and greens were super-tasty sides. Would love that black eye pea salad recipe, in fact. Kind of like cole slaw, nice and vinegar-y,... More

Read all the 5 star reviews before mine and that's what you get. The only thing I will say against some of the reviews is the hot is not too hot. Put on your big girl panties and suck it up. Yes the levels above are intense. I am may want to rethink this tomorrow morning. But for now living... More

My wife and I were visiting Father Ryan High School and decided to stop and try Hattie B's Chicken and Waffles. Our oldest son lived in the area for a while, when he was in college. Of course you know that college kids definitely know where to get some really good food. Our son referred us to Hattie B's. When... More
