The barbecue and the tenderloin sandwiches are not good. The meat was so dry and tasteless. No seasoning. Should not have to drench meat with sauce and slaw. The chicken plate is not worth the money. It was dry and had to add slaw and sauce to get it moist and have a taste.

Food was ok, but you have to fight the flies if you eat outside. The inside is very plain, but it is one of the best restaurants in the Pickwick area

After a long day on the lake, the kids were starving! Easy getting in and wasn't too crowded. (Timing was impeccable) The food didn't waste much time coming out. Ribs were very good; not tough and had good taste. Impressed with even a children's rib plate! Service was good too. They kept our tea glasses full the entire meal.

Great place for dinner after a day on the lake. Great service great food and a awesome atmosphere. You have to get a cheese plate no trip to the rib cage is complete without a cheese plate.

This place is pretty small, so get there early or get it to go. The BBQ is pretty good here and its the only place we ate at this weekend where the service wasn't completely rude or idiotic.

My family has eaten at the Rib Cage in Pickwick numerous times and we have always enjoyed consistently delicious food! The BBQ is always good! Eat in or carry out! They sell the BBQ in bulk so it is good for parties. We also love the Key Lime pie!

I first met the owner, Alex as a fishing guide. We fished below the Pickwick dam for stripers. He had just started the Rib Cage. I lived in Omaha. Now eating here years later, you could taste the perfection of the dishes as they have been improved over the years. The key is smoking and cooking of the ribs.

Went to lunch there, had ribs and side items. Very good ribs, no sauce required. Highly recommend. Everyone in the group enjoyed their meals.

I am not a fan of ribs, unless they fall off of the bone. Well, they do here. The food is great and I will be back for more ribs.

You owe it to TA readers to post this place. It is amazing food and cheap prices. I will be glad to post the first review. We found it only through Urban Spoon and boy were we glad. They do not have a website. Family run - seats 30 people inside - some outside. Small quaint and very American. BEST key lime pie EVER - all 8 of us took a whole one home with us. Ribs fall off the bone. Management is down-home, why rush, American's finest.
