Never disappointed at this little old barn turned to bakery/pizzaria. Stopped mid afternoon for wood fired oven pizza. Needless to say it was delicious. Ended up getting 2 loaves of fresh cinnamon raisin bread. Highly recommend you stop in if you are in the area and we'll worth the drive if you are not.

We have eaten breakfast here several times and had pizza here a few times. Everything was very good. It is very small, and on some visits, had run out of favorite items but what they had was very good. My only complaint is that occasionally the hash browns which are very thin was too small a serving. Barely any potato... More

My wife and I ventured up through Roan Mountain for a winter outdoor adventure this past weekend. We had a great, but exhausting day and we were both starving, and still had 2 hours to drive. Not realizing that Roan Mountain had much to offer in terms of dinner we thought we were going to have to find dinner further... More

So I've lived here in Roan mountain for a long time now, and when this place first opened up, there was a buzz of excitement, because we had heard that the owner/ chef was a top notch class "Chef". I'll admit that at first the food was good, but over time, it seems that the owners/ cooks don't give a... More

I went once for breakfast and once for pizza in the evening. Absolutely phenomenal food and very nice folks, to boot. You will not be disappointed.

This place is a one-of-a-kind pizza joint. It's got to be the best bakery/pizzeria for many miles in E. TN.

Smoky Mountain Bakers makes some mean pies!!! They have a few tables outside and a couple indoors. Try the Hikers Surprise - it's wonderful. People are friendly, helpful and hardworking.

We have been eating pizza here for the last several years whenever we are in the area. It NEVER disappoints. The pizza is perfectly baked in a wood fire oven. We order 2 so we will have leftovers. If you are in Roan Mountain do not miss this place!

In the small town of Roan Mtn we were delighted to find delicious wood stove baked pizza! The place was busy with locals picking up to-go order which we thought was a good sign. It's an itty bitty place, a bit on the grungy side, but the pizza was terrific!
