We usually love chili's, but this one is beyond terrible. Went for early dinner on a Friday. They hostess was rude, the restaurant was dirty, and the service was horrible. The food was delivered as though the waiter didn't want to be there and it had obviously sat under the heat lamp too long. Drinks from the bar were just... More
Can u believe this sad excuse for a bartender AJ is still here after I reported him to the manager two plus years ago for talking about me to the other staff and bar patrons loudly and rudely after I asked to use a dessert coupon. He was nice to our face but talking about me to everyone at the... More
This is my first experience with Chili's since they did the renovation. Arrived, and was seated promptly during lunch at a four-top. We all ordered off the menu and service was pretty good, as were the healthy choice menu items. However, during lunch I happened to take a look at the table top tablet that was on all the tables.... I was with a party of 5 (2 young children included). The waitress never came by to refill our drinks or ask if we needed anything. I had the quesadillas. They were dry and barely any chicken in them. The bell peppers were cut so big, it was difficult to eat without something falling out. I don't recommend this place.
This was our first experience in a Chili's. It is like an applebee's, but with Mexican food. The service was a little slow, but the food was good. For the price paid, it's honest. However, we did not appreciate the "tablet thing", quite dehumanazing in my opinion
The service is usually good. The Mexican food is surprisingly very good. The burgers are also excellent. We go to this Chili's pretty often.
