Old fashioned place serving excellent food. A must do while in Burnet. Don’t expect fine dining - just good food at a decent price.

You'll find a few of these Storm's joints up and down this small stretch of Highway 281. It's fast food, but you can get a good burger and fries or fried okra and tasty ice cream for desert. If you're traveling in this area and...More
The extra thick shake was good and very cold. An hour later it was still icy. It is like a drive in, however there is indoor seating also. The burgers are fine too.

We went by storms on a trip yesterday and just had a chocolate malt—pretty good! But we decided after reading the story of Storms that it'd be worth lunch on the way back home today. We shared a hamburger (1/2 pound patty on a sourdough...More
