After walking up the pike for the first time (despite the fact I have lived in Horwich for over 10 years) this was the perfect rest stop. Fab service and a good brew. What's even better is that dogs are welcome so I was straight onto my mother in law to let her know when she's next here with dogs.

Visited for first time with my husband who has been before after his run. Lovely quirky place, very friendly staff. Scones, cake and tea excellent. Loved the little milk bottles for your milk. Liked seeing people with their dogs. We even bought a walking stick. We will be back.

We popped in here before walking up the pike. The people working here were very friendly, the food was ok! The scones looked amazing. There was a fire in the corner which reiterated the welcoming feel. It was great to be able to bring our dogs in with us.

I've been using the tea rooms for years. I was in here on Boxing Day for what has become a bit of a tradition, a Boxing Day breakfast. Since then I think it may have either swapped hands or the owners have gone a bit greedy. The breakfasts still seem value but the other homemade meal prices seem to have... More

Always love this place. If it's just tea and biscuits or a hearty meal after a walk it's proper Lancashire grand

Tried the Rivington Village Green Tea Room near the Unitary Church today. The Tea Room was warm, welcoming and clean. Tea and carrot cake were fine. The team Room welcomes dogs

Always a lovely snack and in winter the log burners are lit so after a cold walk up or around the pike, a visit here is very welcoming.

This place is the business for cyclists and dog walkers around Rivington. Really nice location matched with the charm and friendliness of the staff. Loads of choice and I have visited lots of times lately and always feel satisfied when I leave. Check it out if your ever in the Rivington area and support a fantastic local business.

Thank Lee B
