The menus are dirty and old. The floor was disgusting. It needs some updating in a really bad way. Service was slow. Never got a refill. The window panes were filthy. I will never go back. Food lacked flavor.
I wouldn't call Hullabaloo's a "dive," but it does have the classic, off the beaten path, Texas roadside feel. If going on Sunday, go early or be prepared to wait. Shouldn't miss it if you are in the area.
