The location was good, food was pretty good, service was great. Dessert was awesome! Parking was free which was nice in a downtown area.

Incredibly authentic TEXMX food. Great service and friendly personel. This is a Family run business that dates back almost 50 years. They have kept the same quality of service or food in 30 years that I have been visiting them. Highly recommend..

We love El Fenix and eat there whenever we visit Dallas. The quality of the food downtown is superior to the one we used to go to on Northwest highway. The Saltillo is our favorite. The service was also very good.

Authentic TexMex at a reasonable price. The chips and salsa are very good with a little kick. Everyone in our party loved the food. The Margarita was good and the service was quick.
Our segway guide told us about this restaurant. We parked free across from it for 2 hrs.We had the best waiter ever.Juan made our lunch perfect.Where tortilla chips were invented.Everyone enjoyed their food.

You'll never be disappointed with the food & service at El Fenix. Great chips & salsa, and delicious chicken fajitas. Two thumbs up on the Margaritas!
