I have a good friend who has been going to this restaurant for a long time, at least 20 years. He and his wife rave about it. Of note, he has both gourmet taste and a gourmet budget. My buddy rarely has anything nice to say about any but the finest restaurants. Therefore, when I first visited years ago, I... More

It is always a treat eating at this restaurant. Food is always fresh, especially the meats and the wait staff are very attentive...always check in if we need anything. I love the hot tea, its the BEST - Jasmine tea - is so good that I asked to purchase some for home. Never disappointed!!

It is hard to find a Chinese restaurant in Dallas that still has a menu from which to order. The May Dragon is one of these. I went with a friend for lunch. I ordered chicken broccoli and my friend ordered beef curry. Included with that was soup, an egg roll and a choice of fried or plain rice. The... More

I'd give this dump zero stars but can't do that ! We walked in and the " bartender " couldn't get half the drinks right ... he seemed lost and was incredibly slow ... literally made the wrong drinks , but in xmas spirit we were pleasant... then dinner came along and what a fiasco! No water after multiple requests... More

We have going here for years. For some reason the service has gone downhill. Food still good but cannot find anyone to take your order or take care of customers. Hope they get back to the good service they used to have.

I'm a big fan of Chinese cuisine and May Dragon did not let me down! The flavor of everything was great and their fried rice was especially good. My only complaint was the portion size seemed a little on the small size for the price I paid.

We had the Combination LoMein (chicken, shrimp, beef and pork) large portion, so plenty for leftovers which were even better the next day. Crispy Duck was good - chopped so there were a lot of little bones so be careful. Crab Rangoon was different, just in a wonton wrapper and not much crab. Tea was great and service was outstanding.

I decided to take work colleagues to May Dragon for lunch. All three of us were not happy with food and quality. The decor and service were ok. Dark chicken being used in Sichuan chicken, salty chicken lowmein and so so chicken fried rice.Sorry May Dragon, we were dissatisfied.

Just because the owner has his picture taken with celebrities and Presidents doesn't mean his restaurant serves good food. The restaurant is attractive. The staff is friendly and the service is fine. But the food itself is on a par with delivery Chinese. We were with a group. Everyone ordered a regular meal and only one person ordered egg rolls,... More

I would never eat here again. The place is dirty and smells and is probably an indication of how the kitchen is kept. The chicken was like rubber and the rice was even bad. There are way better options!
