We love to try a different restaurant every month. So I was really excited about dining here. The atmosphere was awesome, the service was spectacular, the food average. I ordered the Gulf Red Fish and Corn Tamale. It was dry and tasteless and small for...More

Superb made to order options, and a weekend brunch is off the rails. Really enjoyed the Reuben Benedict and the sticky buns!

based on a recommendation from the chef's mother we visited Fearings while in Dallas for a graduation. Starting in the bar with a spicy cocktail and ending with a sampler of new desserts this place did not disappoint. The selection was diverse and delicious. We...More

Great Chef, Service and Food Outside the Ordinary! Oysters cooked and raw, Scottish Eggs, salads and veggies. Buffalo was cut with your fork tender and the best we have ever had. Quail and antelope was very good. Country fried lobster was really good!

absolutely amazing food in a stunning atmosphere with excellent service. But our server kept stroking his facial hair and then touching the plates. My wife almost lost her appetite.

We started the evening in the bustling, loud bar for some tasty, strong drinks, but one could become hoarse trying to have a conversation here. It was a busy evening with the numerous rooms filled. Our hostess was not responsive to my concern of table...More

The food is superb: elegantly plated, delicious, and very Texan. The chef has done an excellent job creating and sourcing the menu. The quality of the meats are excellent and it is especially appreciated in the beef carpaccio. We also enjoyed the rare offering of...More

I found the food to be quite good (not outstanding) but the wait staff is attentive. If I were you, have a drink at the bar first -- IT'S LOVELY. Then go in for dinner. The hotel is gloriously decorated, too!

#1 in the U.S. (Zagat-rated 2009). Elevated American Cuisine - global flair with the unmistakable signature of one of Southwest Cuisine's founding fathers, Celebrity Chef Dean Fearing. Rare wines, outstanding cocktails and plenty of local favorites.
