Jazz pianist, Chateaubriand, what else do you need? Maybe dessert...great service, classic fare. No crazy gastronomy fads. I felt taken care of as a solo diner and very comfortable. Very nice elderberry champagne sparkler to start. Homemade raspberry sorbet to finish.

If you're seeking an intimate dining experience, St. Martin's is worth a visit. My wife and I enjoy dining here when we want a relaxing dining experience. Live piano music plays in the background and the staff is friendly and attentive. The food is good and the "must try" dish is the brie and champagne soup. Pros: - Friendly, inviting,... More

The restaurant is warm and inviting. I had the steak Diane which was one of the best I have ever had, my wife loved her veal. Nice selection of wines by the glass. My only complaint was that the service was rushed, which is not normal in French restaurants. My appetizer arrived before my cocktail. They served my wife's salad... More

My wife and I entertained two friends at the restaurant this week. We have been looking for interesting places to take visitors and found this one which had very good reviews. Our expectations were met and even exceeded. The service was excellent, the wine list extensive and the menu full of interesting items. The specials were very nice and we... More

I have been here several times and have always found it to to be excellent in presentation, quality of execution and service. You feel like you are in a restaurant on Boulevard Saint-Germain. The wine list is pretty good and will pair well with any food combination you like. I am partial to French and Italian wines and there are... More

I recently went back to Saint Martin's, which used to be a very good restaurant. It was the day after Valentine's Day. The food was very disappointing, especially given the price. My meat dish was advertised as "tenderloin", instead it was like stew beef, large-grained and tough. The sauce was nothing special. Whipped potatoes were good. I also ordered the... More

Wow!!! A little gem hidden on Greenville Ave. I had heard "old school" so we never went. Tried it with some friends the other night. If by old school you mean legit French food, fairly priced wine menu, attentive staff, cozy dining room and non-intrusive piano bar, count me in!!!! A truly delightful continental dining experience.

Old school classic French menu with many classics. Very well done in this cozy restaurant. We were too early to see the piano man, since we arrived at 5:30 for a pre show dinner. Brie soup was very good but had to add salt. Escargot were very good with great french bread. The homemade patè was on the dry side.... More

Nice meal, good food. Soups tasty (brie & lobster bisque), beef tenderloin (Diane & Tournedos Rossini) also good, but mine was a bit overcooked (medium vs ordered medium rare). Not crazy about souffle, too runny. Overall pretty good value. Nice ambience.

We visited St Martins for a pre Christmas celebration. There were 8 of us and everyone really loved their meal. The Champagne Brie soup is especially good. The space is warm and inviting. We all had a great time.
