No frills doesn't have to mean no good. This little space in a strip mall certainly isn't fancy, but the food was good. I had brisket, and it was sliced to order--nice and smoky with a great smoke ring--and I got baked beans and slaw from the little steam line. Beans were ok--nothing outrageous but still good. The slaw, I... More

The beef brisket was so good, especially the part that's a bit of fats. Love the ribs too!! It's located pretty near our hotel at farmers market. Closes at 8 pm on week day.

Ice tea was excellent , service was excellent .. French fry's were excellent . Great place if you are a vegetarian! The brisket was under cooked and fatty from the point .. If you serve it this way it has to be done . The sausage was burnt crispy .. Very dissatisfied! Just the truth

We started going to Marshall's 5 years ago when we moved to the area for the convenience...just across the street from my office, a mile from the house, etc. We keep going back for the high quality meats, fresh sides and great service. Prices are very reasonable, great place to take away (Trail Boss) for a dinner party at the... More

My daughter and family loves Marshall Barbecue so they brought some over once and that's all it took. The next time we went for Barbecue I headed to Marshall's. They were so nice and gave me a couple of specials and I love their potato salad. It was very good and they told me they made it fresh daily. But... More

I think Marshall's is back to the old, really well managed self. Everything today was top notch. I love the quick service cafeteria style service. They offer 10% d discount to senior citizens. Plus their selection of various Styles and flavors of BBQ sauce is unbeatable. Top it off with their soft serve ice cream and it's a meal worth... More

I like barbecue, and I have my favorites for Texas barbecue, mostly in Fort Worth. Railhead is my gold standard for ribs, and the homemade rolls and brisket and links at places like Soda Springs can't be beat. That said, I've found fewer great BBQ places in Dallas, and I think this is one of them. I'm a Sonny Bryan's... More

There are a lot of BBQ joints in Texas and Marshals is one of my favorites. The place is typical with large tables, local decorations and a little hard to find. But the BBQ is good and the servers are very nice. I went there for lunch yesterday and the line was almost to the door with what appeared to... More

Great ribs. Fried okra was cooked when ordered so it was hot and crispy. Love that they have six BBQ sauces in pump thermos bottles (as seen in convenience stores) to choose from.
