This is a small restaurant with limited seating, so you should make reservations. There's a chance you could walk in like I did though and sit at one of the two sushi bars they have.

First impression of Will was “What the hell is this kid doing?” An hour later and my prejudice against young white sushi chefs dissipated. Because he was erudite and creative, I now rank the place up with Blue as best sushi in Fort Worth. But...More

I work for a Japanese owned company and this was recommended to me by an expat from Japan. The food is outstanding and provides options for a wide variety of preferences. We enjoyed the cozy atmosphere as it resembles what a Japanese dining experience would...More

Average to good quality fish. Inexperienced staff led to a variety of miscommunications between the wait staff and the kitchen resulting in the wrong food being delivered (never apologized). Table next to us kept getting "complimentary" items from the kitchen and bar. Which made us...More

One could write this off to bad luck. I am afraid that is not the case. A little over a year ago, I dined at Shinjuku Station and had a bad experience. I wrote it up, and a manager replied it was due to the...More

The atmosphere is nice and it is a small venue. Wait staff was very good and service above average reason for 3 rather than 2. This is a loud place. Food is good but overpriced and small portions. It is different and interesting but others...More

Went on a Wednesday evening. Food was OK but overpriced. The problem was twofold - first we didn't appreciate the condescending waiter with the gray man-bun. Second, if I wanted to be surrounded by flies in my food, I'd go on a picnic!

Took my husband here for his birthday and he loved it. The plates are smaller and make it easy to try lots of different dishes.

Beef donburi (gyudon) is too salty to even eat. They used too much soy sauce, which ruined everything. I had Karaage and they were very good. So, I would not say that every dish is bad but this beef donburi was terrible. Japanese gyudon is...More

Most recent visit was on a Monday night just at opening and the place was deserted. I initially thought it was defunct because they do nothing with the courtyard through which you enter and it looks quite unkempt. But by the time we left, the...More

Thank you for the feedback and sharing your dining experience with us. I would agree with you on the courtyard ambiance. With the construction occurring around our building, the landlord has held off on the landscaping so it doesn't get destroyed during construction. As far...More
