I didn’t feel like there was customer service, good or bad. Hit tea is simply ‘choose a bag of Bigalow’ which is terribly disappointing. Food was fine. It was loud, loud, loud.

Reasonable menu choice offering salads, bakery, soups.Popular with lunching ladies and those catching up during shopping. Does have salads and a reasonable variety of cakes. Cost effective. Nice atmosphere with open fire. No table service, bottomless iced tea and sodas.
