It was fun to educate our child about a drug store. We just so happened to be there for the 100th birthday of the soda fountain and received free cake. Food was average as we expected it to all be homemade.

We had a quick lunch at the Star Drug Store and thoroughly enjoyed the meal and service. The restaurant itself is an interesting venue and well worth a visit if you are in Galveston.
