We decided to take the advice of the Trip Advisor reviews and eat lunch here. AND I am glad we did. We had the create your own platter, shrimp and crab balls and my son had the crab cake po boy. All of it was wonderful! We sat on the outdoor patio and was joined by local birds, but it... More

Loved that this place is off the beaten path. Parking was easy, unlike many fancy sea wall spots. Catfish was tasty. Onion rings were crispy perfection. The hush puppies were savory with a bite. And the spicy potatoes were no joke. Seriously spicy. Even the chicken strip Poboy was tasty. No frozen chicken here. Homemade simple but tasty, though seafood... More

Lots of great dishes. Specials many days of the week. Great staff. Love eating in the "garden". Not close to the Gulf but still went several times.

Hands down, a Galveston Favorite! Portion are big. Freshness always. The best Poboys on the island. I love their fried shrimp and they make a great tartar sauce. A a beer and it becomes a great Sunday Afternoon!

A friend recommended eating here. Went on a very cold Saturday in Galveston so not too overcrowded. Shrimp and fish are their specialty. I had fried catfish, boiled potatoes, salad, and hush puppies. It was a lot of food and could have made a second meal. My husband ate shrimp and said it was delicious.

Little out of the way from Moody Gardens but worth it, super service great food and well priced. You order at the counter and then find a seat, room for 6 was easy to find.

Shrimp n Stuff is a Galveston tradition. We went to the restaurant near The Strand. The service was outstanding - thank you, Christina! The Po' Boy sandwiches were best with oysters. They were fresh and fried perfectly. The shrimp were good but we prefer them the old way, as we had them at the original restaurant on Avenue O. There,... More

We were expecting this place to be great as everything we saw said all the locals eat there. We were not impressed with the food for sure. We split a shrimp sub and didn't even finish it. Will not go back.

Shrimp 'N Stuff Restaurant opened in 1976 and quickly became known as "the place where the locals love to eat." In these past 38 years we have had many guests visiting our fine city from across the U.S. who tell us they wished they had found Shrimp 'N Stuff the first day they arrived and assured us they will be back several times before they leave Galveston.
